a.k.a. "Sanctuary (OVA2)" a.k.a. "サンクチュアリ" It looks like what was meant was a second magazine-bundled OVA for the Ryouichi "Buronson" IKEGAMI manga "Sanctuary". The linked AniKore page doesn't exist, but (※)https://www.anikore.jp/anime/6859/ does. It's not a very useful page though.
