Ghibli's Unproduced Three Bears Film Opens as Museum Set

Leo Tolstoy's picture book version of English fairy tale
The Ghibli Museum in Tokyo opened an exhibit on The Three Bears story on May 19. Director Only Yesterday) was in charge of the exhibit's text material.
The exhibit's first room exhibit recreates the bears' home in a Russian forest down to the different-sized chairs and soup bowls, while the second room has the figures of the three bears including a three-meter-tall father. To commemorate the exhibit, the Museum's cafe has added five new Russian dishes to the menu. The exhibit will stay open until May of 2008. Source: Yomiuri Shimbun via Ghibli World
