The double billing of Duel Masters: Honō no Kizuna XX!! stayed at #5 in its second weekend on Kogyo Tsushinsha's chart. Box Office Mojo reports that it dropped to #8 and added US$959,943 on 216 screens for a gross-to-date of US$3,843,455.
The newest franchise made US$44,733,813 since its opening.
The double billing of Kamen Rider W Forever A to Z Unmei no Gaia Memory and Tensō sentai Goseiger: Epic on the Movie dropped from #7 to #8 in its fourth weekend on Kogyo Tsushinsha's chart. (Box Office Mojo reports that it went to #6.) On 459 screens, it brought in US$994,825 for a gross-to-date of US$15,268,004.
The Bunkatsūshin website reports that the anime film featured cameos by the girl band Scandal.
The Japanese live-action film Hanamizuki remained the #1 film for a second weekend.
