Aniplex USA Confirms Blu-Ray Disc Release for Bakemonogatari TV Anime (Updated)

15-episode series to get N. American release this fall
The anime production company Bakemonogatari television anime series on Blu-ray Disc this fall.
announced in April that it would release the series in North America, but did not specify the release format at that time.
The 15-episode anime series aired in Japan in 2009.
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya) composed the music.
Update: Aniplex's release of Bakemonogatari will be Blu-ray Disc only. The boxset will not be an import of the Japanese Blu-ray Disc boxset; it will instead be produced in house. There are no plans at this time to include an English The Garden of Sinners movie series on DVD will also be produced in house.
