Tekken: A Man Called X starts filming this month
Actor Kane Kosugi (Choy Lee Fut, Ninja 2: Shadow of a Tear) announced on his blog on December 27 that he will star in the live-action Tekken prequel. Kosugi will play the title character X in his first starring role in a Hollywood feature. The film started its principal photography this month.
Tekken: A Man Called X will franchise. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Crystal Sky CEO Steven Paul is planning the prequel "as part of a franchise of movies."
In North America, Tekken: Blood Vengeance.
