Selector Infected Wixoss Card-Game Anime Gets 2 Spinoff Manga

The July issue of Mari Okada will write the story. The prologue will follow the untold story of the LRIG card Piriluk.
A second spinoff manga titled Selector Infected Wixoss -Re/verse- will launch in Fantasista Doll, Ketai Shoujo Re:dial) is handling the art. The manga will follow an original character.
The final episode of the Selector Infected Wixoss anime premiered on Thursday with an announcement that premiere on television this fall.
The anime takes place in world where middle school children play the immensely popular WIXOSS card game. But few know of LRIG Cards, "the female cards who possess their own will." Only special girls can hear the voice of LRIG, and those who possess these cards are called selectors.

The toy and game maker Takara Tomy launched the WIXOSS (pronounced like "wi-cross") card game in April.
The anime series premiered on April 3, and North American anime distributor streamed the first season as it aired in Japan.
