Key/Visual Art's Rewrite Visual Novel Gets TV Anime

Itaru Hinoue (AIR, Kanon, CLANNAD) served as the game's project creator and main illustrator. Romeo Tanaka (Cross Channel, Kana: Little Sister), Angel Beats!) was involved with Rewrite's musical compositions and quality control.

The Rewrite Harvest festa! fan disc, written by the game's original team of Romeo Tanaka (Cross Channel, Kana: Little Sister), Ryukishi07 (Higurashi no Naku Koro ni, Umineko no Naku Koro ni), and Yūto Tonokawa (Little Busters!), featured various additional stories involving the heroines of the original game, and both were illustrated by Key artist Itaru Hinoue. The original game was also version this past February.

Visual Art's/Key President acknowledged in 2013 the possibility of a Rewrite anime series by saying, "If they call me, I'd be more than happy to do the anime."
