Masaaki Yuasa Introduces Night is Short in Glasgow and London

Night is Short, Walk On Girl will have its British world premiere on Saturday September 9 at the Glasgow Film Theatre at 5.30 p.m. This will be followed by a screening of the film on Monday September 11 at the Picturehouse Central cinema in Stratford, London.
Both screenings will be followed by live Q&As with the film's director Masaaki Yuasa (Ping Pong), and tickets for the Glasgow event can be booked at the link above.
The film will also be screened in selected cinemas from October 4.
The main staff of The Tatami Galaxy anime returned for the film. Masaaki Yuasa directed the film at his Michiru Ōshima composed the music.
The website gives the following synopsis:
"Gracefully yet violently, The Girl with Black Hair (Gen Hoshino) in pursuit of her love? Whether the hands on your clock move fast or slow, Night is Short, Walk On Girl."
Night is Short, Walk On Girl opened in Japan on April 7. The film adapts The Eccentric Family, The Tatami Galaxy) novel of the same name.
