Violet Evergarden's New Project Is Anime Film Opening in January 2020

"Extra Episode" for anime ships in Japan with 4th home video volume on July 4
A special event for the new project in process" is an all-new anime film that will open in Japan in January 2020.
Author published the novel series' two volumes in Japan in December 2015 and December 2016.
Kyoto Animation's television anime adaptation launched on Netflix in the United States on April 5.
The anime series' fourth and final home video release will include an "Extra Episode" when it ships in Japan on July 4.
