This Year's C3 AFA Jakarta 'May Be Last' in Indonesia

The Anime Festival Asia convention announced on Tuesday that the event is "unable to confirm C3 AFA Jakarta for 2019 and beyond," explaining that this year's event may be the "last AFA in Indonesia."
AFA Jakarta 2018 is held in conjunction with the GameStart Asia event.
Anime Festival Asia will also have a Singapore event from November 30 to December 2.
Last year, Sozo Sotsu Co., Ltd. to bring together the Sozo's Anime Festival Asia and Sotsu's C3 brand and events, holding events in Thailand, Indonesia, Japan, Singapore, and Hong Kong.
Sozo organizes the Anime Festival Asia conventions, which are held annually in Singapore, and has also previously held events in Bangkok and Jakarta. It is one of the largest anime and Japanese pop-culture conventions outside Japan.
