Oban Star-Racers' Thomas Romain Launches New Tokyo-Based Studio

The studio's Twitter says it will focus on developing "animation, game & comic book projects between Japan and ."
Romain created the French animated series Code Lyoko and directed and provided character designs for the French-Japanese series redraws of characters designed by his sons.
