ACCA 13 OVA Casts Chiaki Kobayashi, Tomomichi Nishimura

The official ACCA 13-Ku Kansatsu-Ka Regards (ACCA 13-Territory Inspection Department Regards), the "new original video anime & musical stage reading" for the manga, on Wednesday. The new cast include:

Chiaki Kobayashi as Parrot, a new member of the Inspection Department, and a subordinate of Jean

Tomomichi Nishimura as Vint, the principal of Lotta's high school

The T-Joy Hakata.

The OVA will then ship on Blu-ray Disc and DVD on March 27. The OVA is 45 minutes long, while the stage reading is 90 minutes long. The anime's cast and staff reunited for the special.

The special's story is set in the capital city of BADON one year after the events of the television anime, and shows Jean and the rest of the ACCA department preparing for the one-year anniversary of the establishment of the new order. For the characters — caught between rumors of unrest, unchanging days, new crossroads, gazes ed in memories, and days of new beginnings — time once again begins to move forward.
