The Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 website lists the top 20 characters and the character in the 40th place spot for the interim results. The characters are (parentheses show the 2024 results):

4. Kuromi (3rd)
5. Hello Kitty (5th)
6. My Melody (6th)
7. Hangyodon (8th)
8. Little Twin Stars (10th)

Cinnamoroll has taken the top spot in the Sanrio Character Ranking from 2019 to 2024. If the interim results hold, this will be the first time in half a decade Cinnamoroll has not taken the top spot.
Voting for the Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 is open until May 25 through the Sanrio Character Ranking 2025 website. Fans can vote once per day for their favorite character. The results will be announced on June 29 at 2 p.m. Japan time.
